I just ate at a Red Robin for the first time today. Yes, they certainly have many "super size me" items on the menu, but I had a single burger with mushrooms and cheese in a lettuce wrap, with unlimited steamed broccoli as a side. Granted, the broccoli had no additional seasonings, and thus didn't warrant me getting more from the unlimited stash - but what I had was healthy. As with any locale, what you choose to eat, matters.
