Not so much hostility as impatience...Whenever we have a vegan thread on Eatocracy, it usually happens that we get vegans who are not happy with anyone who eats a balanced diet. Most omnivores could not care less about converting others. Many vegans however, seem to act like they are on a non stop membership campaign.
Yeah, there seems to be a 'religious" component that I find inappropriate, too.
I'm with Oprah on this one. Vegans should learn that eating meat isn't necessarily a bad thing. ~_~
