Good morning folks! Why is December such a busy month? If they had a coffee klatsch pic of a woman on there, that would be me! I hope everyone is well, and I wish you travelers all safe travel to your destinations. Sir Biddle-I generally sign all my cards with Happy Holidays, but when in public, I say Merry Christmas to everyone. I guess there is nothing politically correct about me. I just like to be in the holiday spirit. So, Happy Holidays everybody!
Not to politicize a blog, but do you say Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays? Are we getting to politically correct as a society? Thoughts?

"Happy Holidays" if I don't know which way someone rolls. I picked up the habit when I was putting myself thru school at a local grocery store. Cashiers were directed to say HH because "some of our customers are Jewish." Mgt wanted it that way and I wanted to play in their sandbox, so Hoppy Halidaze it is!

I'm not sure if I'll be able to weigh in this week [due to Morris practice tonight, dress rehearsal for a Morris gig (mixed into a Mummer's play that a local group is doing) tomorrow night, then the two performances, Friday night and Sunday morning).

Morning everyone ! Cleaning out our ditch by the side of the road – I think it ain't been touched in 4 years ! Got one side of the driveway done & it filled up a huge garbage bag & he got a flat tire on his JD mower .
