Habbit I picked up from an Ex Bf.

lol, well catching up with all that's happened with the Klatsch and our story line I see that last line made was that his wife morphed into an animal face with whiskers and that his leaves were mushrooms so thought I'd pick up from there. ^_^
No problem! I guess I'm just Sci-Fi inept, because I didn't understand any of it, although it sounded really good! I just wanted to work in WD-40 somehow, silly and simple, that's my style. :)
As Richie gazed into his coffee cup starting blankly at the image of a wet nose and whiskers, he adds WD-40 to his grocery list...

As Richie began to realize what those leaves were his smile began to fade and quickly grew into a frown which then became a face of horror which only lasted for a moment for his began to contort and twist till it became an expression of gleeful, estatic ecstasy and the very room he was in transformed itself into a black canvas covered in stars and vast space!!! The floor uplifted itself and was made into a rainbow which spread light years ahead of Richie. As Vapor saw this Vapors' thoughts began flow. "My, My, My master sure seems pleased at the gift I have given him this lovely morning." Just then vapors' wrist collar began to flash which signals that the Elders are summoning vapor to the meeting of Elders. "A council meeting at this time?" Vapor thought. "Vapor began to shudder and was taken aback by feelings of Dread and intrigue.

and here I was being SO prosaic with my Ritchie Rich thing.....I simply have NO imagination! I am outclassed yet again!
Is this the Wine Awakening "Vapor" behaving now? Hope so. Who else would use the name "vapor" in any context.....?

Woow, really? now that's truly a funny story but all jokes aside I have to say that Sir B stated it best, after all it was a huge gamble on his part not knowing how'd she react seeing how it's only been 2 weeks and well even though she laughed at it, she did apologize and if he can't accept that and live with it, then he wasn't the right guy in the first place. ^_^

Awesome, so glad to read Kat as enjoyed all of our story telling antics and I'd be more than thrilled to share but well the day as finally died down, but what makes it all the better our ever so loving DM decided today was a good day to pay us a visit so it's been a day full of either clients or walk arounds and "discussions" with the boss. Y_Y *sigh* what a lovely day but oooh well at least this just means he won't be visitng for at least 2 weeks. XD

Suddenly Richie is not feeling so well...his smile fades away as he feels like he might pass out...what did his dear wife put in that tea, besides the funny leaves?? She was acting strange yesterday leaning over on the bed like that, sporting a seductive smile that he hasn't seen in many years....
Suddenly he realized they weren't tea leaves at all, just finely chopped pieces of mushroom. The seductive smile on his wife's face began to morph into a wet nose and whiskers. Did he get dosed by his beloved pet, vapor?
I grabbed some coffee with my BFF this morning and she has a slight dilemma. She's been dating a guy (we'll call him Mike) for a couple of weeks and last night they had "relations" for the first time. Apparently during a crucial moment, Mike yelled out "Who's your daddy now, b%$@&"....and BFF busted out laughing. Not a giggle, not a chuckle but a full on guffaw complete with a snort. She's prety sure Mike didn't buy her apology as she was still giggling and she's not really sure what she should do now. Any thoughts?
I think I'll pass this one on to SirB.

Seriously, though. That's what happens when you say stupid stuff, you run the risk of getting laughed at. Risk taken, failed, aftermath.
Those were my thoughts exactly but I was too busy laughing to tell her that. He seems like a very strait-laced guy so it is doubly odd...and hilarious.
Considering that this was the first time they rode the Beef Bus into Tunatown together, "Mike" reeeeaaeallllly put himself out there with the comment like that not knowing the response he could get. Some ladies may be into that talk, but some may not and that was a risk he played. She aplogized and that is about all that is needed from her. If the relationship goes downhill from that moment, its was doomed anyway and tell her to stock back up on AA batteries.
BFF takes offense at being referred to as Tunatown (she prefers Happy Valley) but she says the ride on the Beef Bus was good up until that point so she may give it another go.
If it was a good ride, by all means try it again. Maybe when the crucial moment comes along for her, she should bust out with some crazy line.

Been to Cozumel on our Royal Carribean cruise in 2008. Like Florida it is flat to the point of being surreal. San Miguel has LOTS of tourist traps, however. Nice but beware.
