    .... Bananarito isnt new. The mex place I used to work at had something similar. It was a banana chimichanga though, I believe. I've seen that 1 around though.

    Whoa. Being a sucker for fair food, two of finalists in the TX State Fair Foods article jump out at me. Sans the syrup, the Buffalo Chicken in a Flapjack looks like it could be a new fave on the protein side. ;) Deep Fried Pineapple Upside Down Cake would be dessert. The TX Fried Caviar from last year looked pretty interesting, too.

    Hope these treats make it to the Fl State Fair in 2012. Yum!
