By trade, Justin Warner is a captain at The Modern - Danny Meyer’s fine dining restaurant in New York City that holds three stars from the New York Times and one star from the Michelin Guide. By craft, Warner drops oenophile-themed hip-hop to the food industry masses under his pseudonym, Jdollasign. He's known to spit "Châteauneuf-du-Pape" to the tune of Snoop Dogg's "Drop it Like It's Hot," and engage in epic "Grapes of Rap" battles at food and wine festivals - and now, he's live in studio to share his favorite rhymes with some serious flavor. This guy was on the 24 hr. Restaurant Battle and I've got to say..he's the biggest hipster doofus I have ever seen in my life. On the show he was nasty and chauvanistic to his adorable girlfriend and he made the term foodie a culinary slur. But hey..he's getting press. The last image you see of J$ on the show was him smacking his lady on the backside as they left the judging. Don't give this guy any love..it will only encourage other D Bags to follow his lead.
