While you're frying up some eggs and bacon, we're cooking up something else: a way to celebrate today's food holiday and the most delicious finds on TV.

July 21, better known as National Junk Food Day, is a day to salute Ho Hos, gummy worms and "Chicken in a Biskit" crackers.

We're obviously not here to advocate noshing on the nutritionally deficient fare all day, every day, but what's livin' if you don't crack open a bag of Doritos "All Nighter Cheeseburger" chips every once in a while?

What's on TV?

"Top Chef: Washington, D.C." - Bravo, 9 p.m. ET
The Cold War isn't over yet: the remaining cheftestants must create cold entrées.

"Throwdown with Bobby Flay" - Food Network, 9 p.m. ET
Bobby travels to Augusta, Georgia, for a carrot cake bake-off against the Very Vera mail-order business.

"Man v. Food" - Travel Channel, 9 p.m. ET
Adam Richman attempts to eat a 9-pound sirloin steak in 40 minutes at La Vaca Brava in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

"The Fabulous Beekman Boys" - Planet Green, 9 p.m. ET
It's Thanksgiving at the Beekman Farm. Gobble gobble!

I just hate dieting I compete as a female figure/bodybuilder competitor and I really miss out on all the great foods when I start dieting. It's 16 weeks or torture it seems some nights. Although the rewards from my accomplishments over weigh the negatives I still go through many restless nights just dreaming of cupcakes with pink sprinkles. My diet consisit alot of chicken, egg whites, oatmeal, brown rice, and sweet potatoes...I know what your thinking this sounds great, right? Well trust me after two weeks eating everything plain or either with a little yellow mustard it gets old and tasteless fast. So as bodybuilding season approaces I take great comfort in hearring all your sweet treat stories knowing that somewhere in the world someone's enjoying a treat I will be having in 16 weeks from now. Eat up world...but save me some frosting!!!!
